Supertecs Over the Internet Service
Supertecs can use the Internet to connect to your computer. When we do this, your screen appears on our computer just as it does on yours. We can see your screen, your error messages, activities that viruses might be doing, and anything else that might be going wrong. We can clean your computer, fix most problems, and perhaps eliminate a service call.
If we are not able to resolve your problem remotely, there will be no charge for letting us try and we will give you priority scheduling for an On-Site Service call. Remote support is billed in 15 minute increments. ($39 for the first 15 minutes, then $20 each additional quarter hour.)
